The Travis County District Attorney’s Office (TCDA) represents the State of Texas and is charged with prosecuting individuals alleged to have committed felony offenses within Travis County. TCDA also handles all juvenile criminal cases in Travis County and represents the Department of Family Protective Services (DFPS) in family court proceedings.
