Travis County Jury Convicts Man of Indecency with a Child by Exposure
Travis County, TX — On Thursday, December 4, 2025, a Travis County jury convicted Kevin Art Denmon, 52, of Indecency with a Child by Exposure.
Jury selection began on Monday, December 1, 2025, for Denmon’s trial, and testimony started on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. On Thursday, December 4, 2025, the jury started deliberations and found him guilty of Indecency with a Child by Exposure. On Tuesday, December 9, 2025, the judge sentenced him to serve seven years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
On June 9, 2023, the Austin Police Department arrested Denmon and charged him with Indecency with a Child by Exposure. On October 10, 2023, Denmon was indicted for the offense of Indecency with a Child.
Assistant District Attorneys Cindy Izquierdo and Lorraine Garcia presented the case against Denmon with the support of Victim Counselor Alexandra Hardwick, Investigators Christopher Nowlin and Mike Henderson, Paralegal Miguel Rodriguez, and Legal Secretary Breanna Rhoton. Austin Police Department Detective Russell Constable investigated Denmon’s case.
