Travis County DA’s Office Secures Guilty Verdict For Man Charged with Terroristic Threat Against Peace Officer
Travis County, Tx — On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, a Travis County jury convicted Kyle Taylor, 39, of two counts of Terroristic Threat Against Peace Officer.
For Mr. Taylor’s trial, jury selection occurred on Monday, July 17, 2023, and testimony began on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, the jury deliberated and found Mr. Taylor guilty of two counts of Terroristic Threat Against Peace Officer.
The Lago Vista Police Department received warrants for Mr. Taylor’s arrest on September 8, 2022, for the offenses that took place on September 7, 2022. The Lago Vista Police Department arrested Mr. Taylor on January 10, 2023.
On March 28, 2023, Mr. Taylor was indicted for two counts of the offense of Terroristic Threat Against Peace Officer.
