Travis County Grand Jury Returns Three True Bills of Indictments Against Raul Meza

Travis County, Tx — On Thursday, August 10, 2023, a Travis County Grand Jury returned three true bills of indictments against Raul Meza, 62.

In one indictment, Mr. Meza was indicted for one count of Capital Murder & another count of Murder in connection with the death of Gloria Lofton, 65.

The Grand Jury also returned two indictments against Mr. Meza for Murder and Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle in relation to the death of Jesse Fraga, 80.

Mr. Meza’s case will be placed in the 390th Judicial District Court.
