Travis County District Attorney’s Office Secures Guilty Verdict in DWI Jury Trial
TRAVIS COUNTY — – On Wednesday, March 1, 2023, a Travis County jury convicted Rickey Bee, 63, of Driving While Intoxicated Third Offense.
For Mr. Bee’s trial, jury selection started on Monday, February 27, 2023, and testimony began on the same day. On Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the jury deliberated and found Mr. Bee guilty of Driving While Intoxicated Third Offense.
Mr. Bee will receive his sentence on April 13, 2023.
On October 10, 2019, the Austin Police Department arrested Mr. Bee and charged him with the offense of Driving While Intoxicated Third Offense.
On December 9, 2019, Mr. Bee was indicted for the offense of Driving While Intoxicated Third Offense.
